Can listings be trusted?
The listing on 360Balivillas is trustworthy, because we take the photo ourselves and verify it directly to the location. So, you will not find multiple listings with different names and you will not be fooled by the photos and locations of the listings.
How long does the booking process?
The booking process adjusts to the booking system used by the host. If “Instant Booking”, then the order process will be directly after payment is complete. If “Request Booking”, the process will wait for confirmation from the host.
What should I do if the host is slow response?
You can use the “Live Chat” feature, and it will be responded directly by the Host or Sales who handle the accommodation.
What payment method is used?
The payment method used is a Debit Card or Credit Card through Paypal (360 Bali Villa account), Midtrans and Stripe.
Are there any additional fees when booking?
There is no additional charge. Except if you request extra service.
What if I want a special request?
You can make special requests directly with the Owner via Live Chat.
How about Cancelation?
Cancelation is the policy of each Host. If there are rules regarding returns, the Host who will do it is assisted by our sales team.
What if I want a monthly rental?
For monthly rent, you must first sign an agreement accompanied by our sales team.
